Did the girl scouts invent the “cookie dance”?

All I know is that some little girl scouts did the “cookie dance” and I got so overwhelmed with sweetness that I bought $40.00 worth of cookies. It was like automatic. I am asking this question because if the dance is not yet trademarked by the Girl Scouts of the USA…someone should. It’s marketing genius I tell ya! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$girl scouts are all ready cute enough to make me want to buy cookies. When they do the cookie dance, the cuteness is multiplies by a factor of 10X. Just imagine.
sounds interesting…i buy girlscout cookies from my granddaughters and from the neighborhood girls every year, i haven’t seen the cookie dance yet…maybe they know that i’m just an old soft touch and all they have to do is show up and i’ll fill out an order form and buy from them, dance or no dance, i am a cookie monster, a fat bald old cookie monster.
