How can I find out if a word or phrase is already trademarked?
By Yahoo User • Category: Trademarks in USAI want to rename one of the products I sell and I found the perfect name!I google’d it and found another company in Canada (I’m in the USA) that sells a similar product under the same name. Can I use it anyways? How do I go about trademarking/copyrighting the name for myself?Sorry if this is a stupid question but I don’t know anything about trademarking/copyrighting.
