Can you change the name of the trademark you are applying for?
By Yahoo User • Category: Trademarks ApplicationI have a applied for a trade mark in apr 07. Since then I realized that the name I have is not the name I want and I was wondering if I could change it without resubmitting another trademark application and spending another $325?
I can’t find any information on their website that even hints that you can modify an application once it has been submitted.
