  1. Yes, the “goods” are the “t-shirts” that you are selling.

  2. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say T-SHIRTS.

  3. Exactly that. Are you providing “goods” or are you providing a “service”? If you are starting a lawn-mowing company, you are providing a “service” of mowing people’s yard. You’re not selling something, so it’s not “goods”. In your case, you are selling t-shirts (Goods) and not a Service.

  4. The trademark office has a list it must fit in. Go to http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/tac/tmlaw2.html#_Toc52344146It is Class 25. Clothing, footwear, headgear.

  5. in this context, goods is another name for products … when something is sold to someone it is either something we can hold in our hands … that’s called goods or productsor someone does us a service is which there is nothing tangible, no product or service.Suppose I go to a grocery store and buy packaged food, they are selling me goods, not providing a serviceSuppose I go to a car wash & get my car cleaned. That’s a service, because when I leave, I do not have any goods or product that I did not come in with.Suppose I have a white T-shirt and I go into some store and they apply some picture or slogan to it, then that might be considered a service, because I supplied the tangible product goods, the T-shirtBut if the store supplies the T-shirt and whatever picture is added, then they are providing the goods, since I walk out with a T-shirt that I did not own before doing business with them
