I don’t see RIM (actual Blackberry Manufaturer) going out of business. You have to remember that they do have over 3.8 million users world wide. More than likely they will again try to settle the suit, and at the same time they are coming out with their own software.

RIM thought they could bully around a small company (2 people) that had a number of patents. Now all you hear about are these “patent trolls” gobbling up all the good ideas and suing large companies. Well, what do you want them to do? Their gift on this earth is an imaginative mind. How else are they going to profit from their gift? I hate big company mentality.
