If you want to patent it anywhere outside the US, you are going to have a big problem.Everywhere else, patents are only granted if they involve an inventive step, by solving (in a non obvious way) a technical problem. Unless your recipe has a technical aspect, (like a baked alsaka, ice cream doesn’t melt in hot pudding) then you cannot get a patent due to its lack of technical character.In the US they grant patents on “everything under the sun”, so you won’t have a problem there.
