  1. Hire me as your marketing manager, and I’ll help you. You didn’t think I busted my tail to get a marketing degree to give away free consulting.

  2. I help you market them :) but only if you are from the US… I don’t screw w/other countries and money, they are scammers!!

  3. Your first course of action should be to visit the USPTO website and perfom some searches for patents in your general field. Having worked extensively in the area of Patent law, you’d be surprised how many “great patents” have already been patented or utilize other patents within a new patent. The other thing to consider is that it is quite a costly and lengthy process.

  4. I would start with eBay for immediate results. Then have a website designed for you to sell directly from; include a shopping cart and different payment options to include credit cards and PayPal.Go to local stores in your area and find out who the distributors are for products in your product category. Contact them for wholesale distribution.Good luck!

  5. I don’t have a direct answer for you, but it might help elicit more useful answers if you were to identify the category or purpose of your patents (eg a tool? something to perform a specific task?). You don’t have to reveal any details that would ‘give away the farm’. I’m a bit surprised that you’ve invested the time & money to acquire patents without looking into the marketability a bit more than it appears.

  6. pack your lunch, head out to the stores(they usually want you to call first)speak with the manager and see if they are looking for a new design. if your a real nut and can possibly dress up as your idea, go waltz into local stores, ask to speak with the manager and give them a discout on your offer. tell em its a one time deal. but just dont go promoting patent ideas that will damage the world.
