Go to http://www.uspto.gov the US government site for patents and trademarks. They have there all of the information you’ll need to file a registered trademark for the name. In the meantime, use the TM symbol after the name and be sure to add the wording “xxxxxx is a trademark of YOUR COMPANY”Good luck

You need to check if the domain name is availble first, the register it ASAP. Good name have no domain name would be less effective. Once you can lock in domain name and trade mark or register company at the same time would be ok. Nothing else you can register LLC with domain name in place, would be very cost effective if you would register LLC yourself online or walk in to the state corporate office.Best of Luck
