  3. Naturally your ISP will have a record of your activities, because they are also the activities of the ISP, you are connected to the net through their servers. The important question is whether they will crack under legal pressure from government agencies trying to sue for breaking copyright laws. So far only 1 person has been convicted and jailed in the UK. The priority is definitely on big uploaders rather than downloaders. This is similar to the tougher sentences given to drug dealers as opposed to drug users, the logic being that if no-one did any uploading, then there wouldn’t be anything to download. I agree about Peer Guardian, after all 28 grams of prevention is worth 454 grams of cure. Sharing is caring.
