Where to get licensing to produce and sell spanish karaoke songs?

What happened is that we use to sell karaoke songs and cds but there were a couple lawsuit concerning copyrights and we stopped selling them. We now have about a million song that we are going to lose money on if we cant figure out how to be able to sell them. I need to find out information on who hold the copyrights on most of the popular spanish songs from south america.Thank you in advance.
This is a question for an experienced copyright attorney and they don’t work cheaply. The good news is that his fees and the copyright costs will be tax deductible as professional expenses but it’s gonna cost quite a few bucks all in all. Make sure it’s worth the investment of time and money or just take the loss for the business and move on.
