  1. You got it right! If you dont download copyrighted material, you aint breakin the law! Good luck considering most material on P2P sites is copyrighted! And I might add, good luck with the malware you download too!

  2. all pirating programs are illegal but who cares!!!!!!!!!!! do it anyways…. they only care if u use other peoples music for u to profit on… like burning cds and selling them

  3. Yes. P2P software is always legal; only what is distributed might be. But I wouldn’t be worried about it anyway. Almost everything is copyrighted. What could you possibly want to download, anyway, that isn’t? I steal entire operating systems, and nobody has kicked down my door yet!

  4. seems that everything these days is copyrighted…….heres the the main complaint…..if these p2p’s are affiliated w/ illegal content then why is it so easy to get it……why dont they shut them down all together, why dont they go after the ppl that make the p2p programs……..that was the complaint of a texas man in 2004 that was charged w/ downloading music from kazaa….he beat the case and the case was dropped…..theres millions of ppl out there that r doing it……..
