I produce digital and traditional art pieces. But since I am new, I wonder how can I copyright my work, legally. I am currently in Singapore. Please help me out, thank you.

  1. Singapore Im not sure of exactly but i do know that in the US if you made the artwork its already copyrighted as long as its yours. So why dont you try to use Google to find out.

  2. If you are the artist, you automatically own the copyright to your own work. If you have been hired to produce work, read the contract the person paying you might be paying for all rights to the work. Put a “c” in a circle with your signature and date on the work (back is fine). If you are talking about how you keep it from being stolen if put on the web, sorry, I am not sure how you do that.

  3. for digital artworks, im not so sure.but for traditional, you can mail/post or courier your artwork to yourself address, it is automatically legal copyright, just keep your postal receipts, also make sure you use goverment post not private.
