Is posting of videos from you tube on personal blog seen as an unlawful and criminal act in Singapore’s Law?

I want to post some videos from youtbe on my blog, but i am afraid that i am commiting a copyright crime.Is it legal to post videos on blogs? please explain wif details and evidences.

  1. All responsibility for copyright of content on YouTube is YouTube’s responsibility. Read their TOS. They encourage blogging by providing ‘EMBED’ codes. There may be other issues in Singapore other than copyright as they have some rather odd ‘restrictive’ laws. The Singapore Government don’t like being criticized or made to look bad.

  2. If they allow embedding it’s ok.If oyu downloading video say hello to 90 days.
