Is posting of videos from you tube on personal blog seen as an unlawful and criminal act in Singapore’s Law?

   All responsibility for copyright of content on YouTube is YouTube’s responsibility. Read their TOS. They encourage blogging by providing ‘EMBED’ codes. There may be other issues in Singapore other than copyright as they have some rather odd ‘restrictive’ laws. The Singapore Government don’t like being criticized or made to look bad.

   If they allow embedding it’s ok.If oyu downloading video say hello to 90 days.
