Sale of MOE school exam papers?

By Yahoo User • Category: Copyrights in Singapore

Copies of school exam papers from various schools are sold publicly everywhere in Singapore and many individuals and tuition centres buy them as teaching resources. Does that infringe copyright issue?

  1. If they are buying the legitimately and not copying them, then there is nothing wrong with that (unless there are specific laws to the contrary) from a copyright point of view. You can buy and sell original copyrighted material, just like CD’s.
