Trade name mark registration?
By Yahoo User • Category: Trademarks RegistrationI was trdaing from last 8 years I had ltd company registred but trademark was not registred I never thought of expanding at the time but some one has gone and registered the trademark of my company I know this person very well he is trading in the same buisness as me also and he is opening shops very near to my buisness how can I stop this guy can any one help me please he has registered exactly same signboard which is displayed out side my shop I have spent sevrel years building my buisness and this guy is making money out of my hard work please help .ThanksI know this person very well he has visited my shop so many times he also knows that is my trading name
i would go to the citizens advice beraeu, if there is anything that can be done, then they will help you, i would get all the information you need together, i.e prrof of when yoy started the business, proof of how you know the person in question, and proof that he was in someway involved or had knowledge about your business. good luck
