Can Fox Sue Someone Outside of the United States?

   Most likely through the World Court in Brussels, but it would be difficult to enforce unless there is a treaty between the US and Canada regarding judicial settlements on the matter.

   Yes they can sue outside of the USA. Fox and fox products belong to fox.
