If you download a sound file at home from somewhere on the Internet into your My.Seneca account, you are using College resources (storage in the Content System on My.Seneca) and therefore must comply with ITAUP, as well as federal and provincial laws. In what circumstances are you allowed to download a sound file (a sound effect, music, etc) and use it in your course work without violating the College ITAUP policy or the Copyright Act of Canada?
