Are there any agencies who track Our IP’s for copyright violations in Australia?

Ok I know downloading copyrighted mistrials are illegal in any place, I need to know are there any active agencies that bothered about copyright violating for downloading stuff. and do they take actions immediately?In USA there are MPAA and some other agencies, they put fake torrents and when some one download it they will contact our ISP and take legal actions. Are there such agencies available in Australia who bothers about what we download?Please some one lives in Australia, I need some help.Thanks in advanc
