What is the law that governs copyright in Australia?

It depends what you mean.Are you asking about their own copyright laws within their country, or are you asking if they are participants in International Conventions?I do know that Australia has signed the Berne Convention.There is no such thing as international copyright law, but by signing the Berne Convention (along with the United States) there is an agreement in place for honoring each other’s intellectual copyrights.
