  1. get a creative commons liscense - http://creativecommons.org/

  2. Copyright is free and automatic upon creation of the work. A copyright notice (©) is not required on a work to gain copyright, but only the copyright owner is entitled to place a notice. It is useful in publishing the date of first publication and the owner.-from wikipediaIf you place the site under the creative commons license, all content is free for anyone to use. Think about it.

  3. Here’s a link to what the Australian Copyright Council has to say about web sites: http://www.copyright.org.au/information/specialinterest/infotech.htmAnd here’s the home page: http://www.copyright.org.au/Hope that helps!
