  2. I don’t think you can trademark a name, unless it’s a company name. And the main rule is, “If it’s in the dictionary, it can’t be trademarked”.

  5. You mean YOUR name?Why?If what you’re trying to do is prevent anyone with your last name from giving their children the same first name as you, I doubt you can do this.
