Bose is suing the CEDIA… What do you think of this legal battle?

I have been told that Bose is known (or notorious by some) for filing many lawsuits over certain patents and trademarks. What do you think about this?
Yes it’s true. The funny thing is that most of Bose’”valuable” patents were actually old school (1950s-1960s) technology that Dr. Bose simply improved on (so he said). I don’t buy Bose unless it comes with my car which sounds respectable. For HT, there are better sounding systems for less money.
