Copyrights???
By Yahoo User • Category:I’m building a new website and I would like to use various material such as songs and videos by other artists.But I don’t want to to get in trouble for using someone else’s stuff just because I overlooked everything necessary for giving credit where credit is due.I haven’t published my website yet so it’s not a problem so far.If I state on my website that I claim no copyrights and give every body their credit throughout the site, will this be enough???If not what do I need to do???
You need the written/explicit consent of the owner of the copy right material in most countries to use it savely (unless under a license that permits free private use ). A good idea is paper not e-mail.thx for reading my post
