I have something I am wanting to patent and I can’t seem to find information on simple things, like how to apply for patents in other countries and whether that is necessary. I’m in Canada, but am hoping to patent in the US as well.
I have an idea for something, not an invention, an idea does anyone know how to go about getting it patent?okay so If I can’t patent it then how do I go about selling it to a company?
