I’d like to know where to apply for Copyright or register the TM of a new business name in Australia?Is it done on-line?

I want to import some guitar products to Australia but worried that Trademark owners may ask customs to seize goods. They are real products not counterfeit. Can anyone tell me current situation? Can I now do it legally? Import things like strings and parts?
